Roquefort-sur-Soulzon

Just returned from a week-long holiday in Cyprus, where I took in excess of 500 pictures (mostly of ancient Greek and Roman ruins). However, I’m still working my way through the photos of last year’s holiday in France!

This is a shot of the village of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, the home of the roquefort. We visited the caves there where the delicious blue cheese is made and matured. More photos to come…
