More neglected broken Roman columns at Ancient Salamis in north-eastern Cyprus. These columns were lying beside one of the dirt tracks that link the main sites, forgotten and a little overgrown like many of the ruins here that have yet to be properly excavated.

Ruins amongst the living grass. I like it
Superb photo. I love these old ruins…I remember when I lived in Athens many years ago, and just seeing them in the parks and at the side of the road. And no one paying them any mind.
I found it was very like that in Turkey as well.
