Museum of the Moon over the lake at Queens Park in Brighton (May 2019).
The Museum of the Moon is an illuminated 7m-wide scale model of the moon with a surface constructed from detailed NASA images. Artist Luke Jerram created the model to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the moon landings and has been touring the world with it.
It looks quite real, apart from the seams, nice shot!
Thanks. Yeah, the seams kinda ruin the illusion but the model still looks great, especially when they light it up at night.
Did you get a night shot?
The next shot I’ll post is sort of a night shot. But I didn’t really get a lot of usable night images. It was very dark in the park and I was too lazy to bring a tripod ๐
