A lifeguard hut on Key-Balmy beach along the shore Lake Ontario, Toronto. December 2019.

This lifeguard hut seems to be something of a neighbourhood landmark as it’s always appearing in local photography, it’s like the Toronto Beaches area equivalent of Brighton’s West Pier 😀

Anyways, it was very dark when I took this shot and I didn’t bring a tripod (as always!), so I’ve disguised the noise with high contrast black & white!

    1. Ironically, it wasn’t! The beach was pretty busy that night because they were turning on the Christmas lights along the beachfront, and I kept having to wait for people to move out of frame! 😁
