Bobber Plaza on Fort York Blvd, Toronto.

The artist Douglas Coupland said that his 2009 installation was inspired by colourful fishing floats and meant to “create a sense of futuristic Canadian energy.”

What you can’t really see from this picture is that there are water spouts in and around the installation that seem to go off at random intervals (hence the puddles!), which certainly caught me by surprise 🤣

    1. Yup, I got wet but it was a hot day so the cold water was actually very refreshing! There are a lot of art installations in Toronto, many of them permanent. There’s even a handy app for finding them all and doing “art walks”.
